The staff are top notch, really friendly, really helpful. One time I asked for a late check-out and they went out of their way to accommodate me, which felt good

It has marvellous and stunning location, very close to many good restaurants and the Foggy Bottom Metro station as well as Whole Foods, Trader Joes, Georgetown and the harbour and the White House and Lincoln Memorial.

The employees were really friendly. The location is good, close to the Metro station and of several good restaurants.
The rooms and general decoration must be refurbished as they look a little bit overused.

I loved staying just a few steps from the White House and the fine Georgetown Waterfront Park, made my walks around the city enjoyable and convenient. The staff was friendly and treated us like friends.

The room was very calm the personel very helpful
Could have some smaller little pots and pans in the kitchen. What was in is for cooking for a family with 5 kids. And a mirror up to the floor in the clothes room/ wardrobe

Location and staff only.
Lock in bathroom was broken and room door would not lock in first go. No one informed us that there would be renovating the hallway and many maintence people outside my room. This was concerning to me especially as my room would not lock properly.
